Great Stage Park Rules

Great Stage Park is dedicated to having a fun and safe atmosphere for everyone. Whether you come early for the Wednesday night shows or show up only for the last days of the festival, you can maximize your fun by reading and following the policies and rules below.

Dress Code Policy

Great Stage Park is all about comfort. So dress for comfort and warmth, especially during nighttime events or hot summer festival days. Please make sure your outfits are appropriate for all-ages venues and do not feature offensive language or imagery.

Lost and Found Policy

If you lose something during the festival, check at the Info Booth at Plaza 4 by The Tower to see if your item was turned in. Festival staff and Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival do not claim responsibility for any lost items. During all other events, be sure to check with the event host to ask about Lost and Found policies.

Packing List Recommendations

If you are planning on camping at Great Stage Park during the festival, here’s a list of what you should pack to make sure you have a great time.

  • Camping gear (including tents & shelters, sleeping bags, and a tarp)
  • Cooler and/or Water jugs
  • Lantern/Flashlight/Headlamp
  • Stainless Steel Water Bottle (Remember glass is not allowed)
  • A skillet or grill so you can cook your food
  • Camping chairs, tables, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable
  • Hoodies or Jackets (It can get cold in TN especially at night)
  • Bug Spray
  • Sunscreen
  • A hat for shade
  • A bandana to help keep the sweat off your face
  • Sunglasses
  • Plastic bags for trash and recycling
  • Toilet Paper
  • Flag or Balloon to help identify your campsite

Prohibited Items Policy

To keep everyone safe at any event held at Great Stage Park, hosts will always post a list of prohibited items. So be sure you check your program or event guide for further details.  The list below is a partial list of the items that are not allowed.

  • Glass
  • Weapons
  • Drones
  • Fireworks
  • Illegal Substances
  • Professional cameras (with detachable lenses longer than 2” long)
  • Pets
  • Laser pens or similar focused light device
  • Food or drinks, other than water and small snacks
  • Selfie sticks, go pro sticks, tripods
  • Outside alcohol (alcohol will be sold in the venue)

Refunds and refund policy are left to the discretion of the host during events. Please refer to event host websites or listings for more information.
